Plant Manager

Overview

My services have been retained to recruit a Plant Manager for one of the top mid-sized U.S. dairy manufacturing companies. Opportunity located in desirable OH/IN/KY metropolitan community .

The Plant Manager will report to the COO and oversee management-level associates and approximately 60 hourly employees within a state-of-the-art, modern, recently expanded manufacturing facility. The successful candidate must have a strong track record of achieving long-term results in budgeting, P&L, inventory control, quality, labor efficiency, and overall plant performance . The candidate should also be highly knowledgeable in plant equipment and manufacturing operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 4-5 years of Ice Cream, Yogurt, Novelties, or might consider Dairy Manufacturing experience
• Minimum 5 years of upper-level management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, but not required
• Demonstrated ability to improve efficiency, profitability, quality, and overall plant performance

Compensation:

$130,000–$170,000 base salary , potentially flexible depending on experience, plus a 20% bonus opportunity . A relocation package is available.
