Plant Manager
Puregold is currently looking for a Plant Manager who will oversee the overall operations of our cutting facility. The role will be responsible for ensuring that our frozen products consistently meet the required specifications and quality standards, from processing at the facility until they reach our consumers. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferably in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field At least 5–8 years of experience in meat processing, food manufacturing, meat cutting, or a similar production environment Experience in production planning and plant operations At least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity Experience in cold-chain management and temperature-controlled operations Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
