# Planning Officer **Sumitomo Group** · Ninoy Aquino International Airport · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 25 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role How You'll Make an Impact - Support the annual budgeting, forecasting, and mid-term business planning processes of the Branch. - Prepare and monitor departmental budgets, expense reports, budget variance analyses, and management accounting reports. - Support expense management initiatives and identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency and resource utilization. - Analyze business performance, profitability, productivity, and key financial metrics to support management decision-making. - Prepare presentations, management reports, and business review materials for Branch Management, Regional Office, and Head Office. - Coordinate strategic projects, regulatory initiatives, and business improvement programs across departments. - Drive process improvement, digitalization, automation, and data analytics initiatives to enhance reporting accuracy and operational efficiency. - Perform other duties that may be assigned by Management and the Department Head. What Sets You Apart Required Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in management accounting, financial planning and analysis, budgeting, management reporting. - Strong understanding of management accounting principles, budgeting methodologies, financial analysis, and performance management. - Experience preparing executive-level reports, presentations, budget reviews, and management information materials. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines. - Knowledge of banking operations, financial institutions, or corporate planning functions is preferred. Preferred Qualifications - Experience in banking, financial services, or multinational organizations. - Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or equivalent analytics platforms. - Experience supporting digital transformation, automation, or process improvement initiatives. - Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, CFA, PMP, or equivalent are an advantage.
