Determine required materials and generate purchase requests. Ensure consistent and adequate supply of materials for production. Schedule and oversee supply and delivery of materials. Manage inventory issues, schedule changes, and cancellations. Communicate with internal departments regarding production schedules and deadlines. Determine manpower and equipment needed to meet production demand. Monitor jobs to ensure timely completion within budget. Address issues promptly to minimize disruption. Prepare and submit performance reports, analyzing gaps between plan and actual. Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams for delivery of finished products. Collaborate with sales, procurement, maintenance, production, quality control, and warehouse teams. Strong knowledge of production planning and quality control principles. Experience with MRP II (Manufacturing Resource Planning). Proficiency in Excel, MS Office, and ERP systems. Good math and statistical skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
