Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly. Prepare baseline schedules, recovery plans, and progress reports . Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to track project milestones. Analyze project delays and recommend corrective actions and mitigation plans . Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management and clients. Track project resources, productivity, and performance indicators. Assist in tender planning, resource planning, and manpower forecasting . Ensure compliance with project timelines and contractual requirements. Key Skills: Experience substation projects in UAE is mandatory. Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with MOHESR Equivalency. Minimum 7-10 years of experience in construction planning and scheduling. Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project . Strong analytical and reporting skills. Good communication and coordination abilities.
