Planning Engineer

We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Planning Engineer to join our team! If you have a strong background in project planning, scheduling, and coordination, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, monitor, and update project schedules in coordination with project teams
• Analyze project performance and prepare regular progress reports
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to align timelines
• Identify potential delays and risks; propose mitigation strategies
• Ensure all planning and scheduling activities comply with project goals and standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Proven experience as a Planning Engineer in civil construction projects
• Proficiency in planning software (Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Knowledge of project management principles and best practices

Preferred:

• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP)
• Familiarity with cost control and resource management
