Weekly Updating of Progress Report Consolidation of progress update from Engineering Team, Procurement Team, and Construction team. Collating of data from Safety, QA, and other departments to be included in the report. 2. Weekly Updating of Primavera P6 3. Weekly Updating of Progress Monitoring File for Engineering, Procurement, and Construction 4. Weekly Updating of Project S-curve for Engineering, Procurement, and Construction 5. Weekly Updating of Project S-curve and Cashflow for BL Critical Activities, Offshore Activities, Onshore Activities. 6. Weekly Schedule update to ACEN, including critical path method and earned value management. 7. Monthly Updating of Monthly Report via MS Word. 8. Other deliverables like recovery schedule, Schedule Performance Index Job Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field) Minimum of 1–2 years experience in planning/scheduling (construction industry preferred) Proficient in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and coordination abilities Knowledge of project management principles and construction processes Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Willing to be assigned to San Marcelino, Zambales Benefits: Company Christmas gift Company events Free parking Life insurance Opportunities for promotion Pay raise Staff meals provided Transportation service provided Work Location: In person
