Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6. - Monitor project progress against approved baseline schedules. - Prepare progress reports, look-ahead schedules, and recovery plans. - Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, subcontractors, and consultants. - Analyze project delays and recommend corrective actions. - Prepare progress updates, manpower plans, and resource forecasts. - Support preparation of Extension of Time (EOT) claims and delay analysis. - Ensure project milestones are achieved within the approved timeline. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. - Minimum 5 years of planning experience in construction projects , preferably high-rise buildings or towers. - Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project . - Experience in project scheduling, progress monitoring, and delay analysis. - Knowledge of construction methodologies and project controls. - Previous experience in Qatar is highly preferred. - Excellent analytical, reporting, and coordination skills.
