# PLANNING AND DESIGN MANAGER **Tubig Trece Martires Corp.** · Makati · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 4 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role JOB SUMMARY: PLANNING AND DESIGN MANAGER Responsible for leading the planning, engineering design, and technical development of the Company's water infrastructure projects, ensuring projects are technically sound, cost-effective, compliant, and ready for implementation. FUNCTION AND KEY DUTIES: Lead planning and design of water supply, treatment, transmission, storage, and distribution projects. Review feasibility studies, master plans, design criteria, technical specifications, and cost estimates. Manage and coordinate engineering consultants and multidisciplinary design teams. Review and approve engineering designs, calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical reports. Ensure compliance with applicable engineering standards, regulatory requirements, and Company standards. Lead value engineering, design optimization, constructability reviews, and technical risk assessments. Coordinate with Project Management, Construction, Procurement, Commercial, Operations, and regulatory agencies. Provide technical support for bidding, contractor evaluation, construction, variations, and design changes. Monitor design progress, quality, cost, and schedule, and report key issues and risks to management. Lead and develop the Planning and Design team and establish effective design management and quality-control procedures. QUALIFICATION(S): Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Water Resources Engineering, or related field. Preferably a Licensed/Registered Engineer. 5-10 years of relevant experience in water, utilities, infrastructure, or construction projects. At least 3–5 years of managerial or senior engineering experience. Strong experience in water infrastructure planning, engineering design, and consultant management. Knowledge of hydraulic systems, water treatment, pipelines, pumping stations, reservoirs, and related infrastructure. Strong skills in project planning, cost estimation, design review, value engineering, and risk management. Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. PMP or other relevant project management certification is an advantage. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is required. Must possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, complex formulas, pivot tables, and dashboard/report creation. Knowledge of design software such as STAAD, ETABS, SketchUp, and/or Civil 3D is an advantage. Willing to be assigned in Makati HO and occasional site visits, if necessary. Pay: Up to Php70,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
