About the Role As a Nanny Placement Coordinator, you will help expand Nanny Haven’s presence in the Boston market by developing relationships within the local nanny and family community and identifying families who may benefit from our professional nanny placement services. You will serve as a professional point of connection between prospective families and Nanny Haven while our agency handles the consultation, screening, matching, and placement process. Must be located in Boston. Responsibilities ● Build and maintain professional relationships within the Boston nanny community ● Introduce qualified families to Nanny Haven’s placement services ● Identify potential families who are seeking professional nanny services ● Represent Nanny Haven in a professional and positive manner ● Maintain ongoing relationships with nannies and childcare professionals ● Communicate referrals to our agency and assist with a smooth introduction ● Participate in networking and community outreach opportunities What We’re Looking For ● Experience as a professional nanny, childcare professional, or within the childcare industry preferred ● Strong network and relationships within the Boston nanny community ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ● Professional, personable, and trustworthy ● Self-motivated and comfortable working independently ● Passionate about connecting families with exceptional childcare ● Knowledge of the Boston-area nanny market is a plus Compensation This is a flexible, referral-based opportunity with compensation tied to qualified client referrals and successful placements. Nanny Placement Coordinators receive a 10% referral commission on each successful placement, typically ranging from $500 to $1,000 per placement, depending on the final placement fee.
