What you’ll do - Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close across indirect cost areas, including both personnel and procurement - Assist with indirect personnel cost reporting - Support indirect procurement spend analysis and savings tracking alongside the Senior Indirect Cost Controller - Provide business partnering support to BU owners on the team as needed - Contribute to recurring reporting packs and process/automation improvement initiatives - Support ad hoc financial analysis and business cases as needed What you’ll bring - Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field is preferred - Some experience in controlling, FP&A, or a similar finance role (entry-level candidates with strong fundamentals considered) - Strong Excel/data skills; experience with BI/reporting/A.I. tools a plus - Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities - Process-improvement mindset — interested in automating and streamlining reporting - Fluent English; additional languages a plus What we offer - Health - You’re covered from your first day with private health insurance. - Flexible Working - We work in-office 3 days a week to align on goals, with flexible hours to support work-life balance and personal needs - Time Off - You receive 26 days of paid vacation each year, providing you time to rest and recharge. - Learning and Development - An annual Learning & Development budget and a Mentoring Program to support your ongoing professional growth. - Employee Referral Program - Our team members can take part in our internal employee referral program and receive a bonus for recommending successful candidates to open roles. - Daily Comforts - Free coffee, drinks, and fresh fruit are available to keep you refreshed throughout the day.
