Job Type: Part-Time Compensation: $40 per hour + quarterly bonus Schedule: Tuesdays and Fridays, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and patient-focused Physiotherapist to join our growing team.

We want someone who combines strong clinical knowledge with a great personality, excellent people skills, and a passion for exercise and rehabilitation.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, motivates patients to participate in their recovery, and creates a welcoming and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct physiotherapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-informed treatment to improve mobility, strength, function, and pain management.
• Prescribe and demonstrate therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation programs.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, posture, movement, and self-management.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Build positive relationships with patients and contribute to an excellent patient experience.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
• Collaborate with the clinic team to support patient recovery and overall well-being.

Qualifications

• Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO).
• Eligible to practice physiotherapy in Ontario.
• Must maintain valid professional liability (malpractice) insurance.
• Strong background or interest in exercise prescription, therapeutic exercise, and rehabilitation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, approachable personality with a genuine passion for helping people.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Compensation & Benefits
