This is a hands-on recruitment role for someone who understands the medical-legal industry and has experience sourcing, recruiting, negotiating agreements with, and onboarding physicians across multiple specialties. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can independently manage physician recruitment, develop strong physician relationships, and help expand an established provider network. Key Responsibilities - Identify, source, and recruit physicians to perform Independent Medical Examinations (IMEs). - Develop and maintain relationships with physicians across multiple medical specialties. - Negotiate physician compensation, contracts, and participation agreements. - Manage the recruitment process from initial outreach through onboarding. - Coordinate physician credentialing, including verification of medical licenses, board certifications, malpractice coverage, and other required documentation. - Partner with internal teams to identify physician coverage needs and prioritize recruitment efforts. - Maintain accurate recruitment records, physician pipelines, and onboarding progress. - Develop strategies to expand and strengthen the organization's IME physician network. Qualifications - Prior experience recruiting physicians within the IME, medical-legal, or related evaluation industry strongly preferred. - Experience personally sourcing, recruiting, and contracting physicians. - Knowledge of independent medical examinations, medical reviews, and physician network development. - Experience coordinating physician credentialing and onboarding. - Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills. - Ability to independently manage multiple physician recruitment priorities. - Experience with medical evaluation organizations, IME providers, or physician networks is highly desirable. - Must currently reside in Los Angeles County, Orange County, San Diego County, or San Bernardino County, California.
