Tree of Life Fertility is based in Tarzana and serves the San Fernando and Conejo Valleys. California Fertility Clinic is in the Miracle Mile and serves Mid-City, the Westside, Hollywood, and Downtown. Both practices are committed to compassionate, personalized care for patients building their families. The Role We’re looking for a relationship-driven Physician Liaison to grow both practices’ referral networks. You’ll be the face of both clinics in the LA medical community: meeting with OB/GYNs and other referring clinicians, hosting events, and helping turn referrals into patient appointments. Field time is split about 60% in the Valley and 40% in Mid-City and the Westside. Each practice keeps its own brand and its own referral relationships. What You’ll Do - Build and grow referral relationships with physicians and clinicians through office visits, lunches, calls, and outreach - Arrange physician participation in grand rounds at major hospitals - Act as the main point of contact for referring offices and help resolve any concerns - Plan and staff marketing events, community functions, and trade shows, including some evenings and weekends - Keep marketing materials stocked at both clinics and at referring offices, and make sure each practice’s branding stays distinct - Work with Patient Services to improve how inquiries and referrals become scheduled appointments - Track activity in our CRM and prepare quarterly reports on new referral sources, referral volume, and conversion for each practice - Manage expenses and support special projects for the Medical Director and Marketing What We’re Looking For - At least 1 year of medical or service sales experience with proven results. Women’s health or pharmaceutical sales experience is a strong plus - Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, health care, or a related field, or equivalent experience - Knowledge of the Los Angeles medical community, or an eagerness to learn it quickly - A self-starter who is organized, goal-driven, and comfortable managing two practices’ priorities independently - Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and writing skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn EMR and CRM systems - Interest in learning reproductive medicine and its terminology Requirements - Valid California driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a reasonable commute to both Tarzana and Miracle Mile - Availability for occasional evening and weekend events - Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and spend time driving and walking between offices - Legal authorization to work in the United States Compensation & Benefits - Competitive salary per year, plus performance bonus - Mileage reimbursement - Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and other benefits How to Apply Pay: From $70,000.00 per year Benefits: - 401(k) - Dental insurance - Flexible schedule - Health insurance - Paid time off - Vision insurance Work Location: Hybrid remote in Tarzana, CA 91356
