In this role, you will reach out to optical stores, optometrists, and independent eye care practices, introduce the BiKlik collection, build relationships with decision-makers, and convert interested practices into BiKlik retail partners. Responsibilities Contact optical stores and eye care practices by phone and email Introduce the BiKlik magnetic eyewear collection Speak with store owners, opticians, optometrists, and other decision-makers Qualify potential accounts and identify sales opportunities Present the benefits of carrying BiKlik in their practice Follow up with prospects and samples until the account is closed Build and maintain relationships with new optical partners Keep accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and sales activity Meet individual sales and outreach goals Qualifications Strong phone communication and sales skills Comfortable making outbound sales calls and speaking with new prospects Self-motivated, organized, and persistent Ability to build relationships and confidently explain a product Previous B2B sales experience is preferred Experience in the optical or eyewear industry is a strong advantage , especially experience working with optical practices, frames, lenses, labs, or eyewear sales representatives Compensation Competitive base salary Commission based on sales performance Opportunity to grow with BiKlik as we expand our optical partner network About BiKlik BiKlik is a magnetic eyewear collection designed for optical practices. Our system allows customers to easily change their look using interchangeable magnetic clips while giving optical stores a differentiated eyewear product to offer their patients. We are looking for someone who enjoys sales, is comfortable picking up the phone, and wants to help build a growing eyewear brand. Pay: $20,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Work Location: Hybrid remote in Round Rock, TX 78681
