Responsibilities Reaching out to potential clients to schedule in-person appointments (cold calling) Answer incoming calls from prospective clients “Go the extra mile” to hit monthly target of calls and appointments made Record the client’s personal information accurately in a computer system Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard company reputation. Ideal Candidates Highly proficient in English Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in sales/telesales/telemarketing is a huge plus Highly motivated and able to work independently Persistent and results-oriented Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection Willingness to drive growth and able to embrace and tackle challenges.
