# Pharmacy Operations and Project Manager **PHARMASERV EXPRESS INC** · Marikina · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 2 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end setup, launch, and operational readiness of assigned pharmacy locations Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, budgets, and launch requirements Coordinate permits, licenses, registrations, and other regulatory requirements Coordinate with relevant government agencies, suppliers, landlords, and other external stakeholders Ensure site, equipment, supplies, systems, and other operational requirements are completed prior to launch Source and coordinate required manpower, including licensed pharmacists and other pharmacy personnel Establish and implement operational processes and procedures for each location Provide ongoing oversight of day-to-day pharmacy operations and ensure adherence to established standards Monitor staffing, inventory, supplies, and other operational requirements Identify operational gaps and work with the team to implement corrective actions and process improvements Monitor project and operational performance, identify potential issues, and drive timely resolution Maintain accurate project and operational documentation and provide regular updates to management Ensure each pharmacy remains compliant with applicable regulatory and operational requirements Support the transition of new locations from project setup into stable day-to-day operations Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in project management, operations management, site expansion, or a related field Experience managing projects involving permits, regulatory requirements, site setup, or business launches Experience overseeing day-to-day operations, preferably across multiple locations Strong coordination, organization, and stakeholder management skills Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Experience in pharmacy, healthcare, retail, or other regulated industries is an advantage Willing to work across Marikina and Pasig, with occasional reporting to the BGC office Benefits: Company events Paid training Ability to commute/relocate: Marikina: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
