The Role

SANDS is seeking an experienced Personal Shopper to join our team in New York. In this role, you will be the trusted advisor to a select group of clients across the United States, building lasting relationships and driving sales as we continue to grow our presence in the US market.

You will bring your own client book and continue to develop it with the full support of SANDS. In addition, you will be given access to a portfolio of existing SANDS clients and new client enquiries, offering a strong foundation from which to grow.

What You'll Do

• Build and grow your personal client book, introducing your clients to the SANDS experience
• Manage and develop the portfolio of SANDS clients assigned to you, re-engaging clients who have not shopped with us recently
• Handle new client enquiries with care and speed, turning first conversations into long-term relationships
• Source fashion, fine jewellery, watches and lifestyle pieces through our Paris hub and global partner network, from current-season pieces to rare finds
• Oversee every order from proposal and payment to delivery and after-sales
• Keep your clients informed with tailored recommendations, new arrivals and curated selections
• Arrange styling appointments, private shopping experiences and client events in New York
• Set and review sales plans with the Head of Personal Shopping, and track your performance against targets
• Keep client records up to date in our CRM and work closely with our teams in Dubai and Paris to provide seamless service across time zones
• Represent SANDS at brand events and within the New York luxury community

Who You Are

• Proven experience as a Personal Shopper, Private Client Advisor or Stylist in luxury retail, with a strong track record against sales targets
• An established book of high-net-worth clients
• In-depth knowledge of luxury fashion, fine jewelry and watches, and a sharp eye for what is current and what is hard to find
• A natural relationship builder, equally at ease advising clients in person and through messaging
• Discreet, well organized and quick to respond
• Confident with CRM systems and digital payment tools
• Enjoys working with international colleagues across time zones

Location and Schedule

• Location: New York, NY with client appointments and boutique visits across the city.
• Schedule: full-time, five days a week, 10:00am–7:00pm Eastern Time. Availability on some weekends to respond to clients is required.

Compensation

The base salary for this role is US$55,000 to US$70,000 a year , depending on experience and the strength of your client book. In addition to base salary, the role carries a commission plan, with a higher rate once targets are exceeded.

This is an at-will position. SANDS may review base salary and compensation plans over time, in line with individual and company performance.

Pay: $26.44 - $37.02 per hour
