Primary responsibilities: file management, medical records/bills requests and summaries; treatment chronologies; draft pre-suit demands; and, draft discovery requests and responses. Candidate must have 5 years of personal injury litigation support experience. Experience may be for plaintiff or defense. Please submit cover letter, resume, and salary requirements. Responsibilities - Assist attorney in the preparation of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials. - Conduct thorough research on relevant laws, regulations, and case law pertaining to personal injury cases. - Manage case files ensuring all documents are organized and accessible. - Maintain communication with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather necessary information and updates regarding cases. - Prepare for trials by organizing exhibits, witness lists, and other materials required for court proceedings. - Perform clerical duties including filing, scheduling appointments, and handling phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. - Collaborate with other legal staff to ensure efficient workflow within the law office environment.
