Skilled in case management, legal research, drafting pleadings and correspondence, preparing discovery, maintaining case files, and coordinating with clients, courts, insurance companies, and opposing counsel. Experienced in gathering and reviewing medical records, police reports, and other case-related documentation, monitoring deadlines, scheduling appointments and court appearances, and assisting with trial preparation. Demonstrates strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism. Committed to providing excellent client service, supporting efficient case resolution, and ensuring that all legal matters are handled with diligence and attention to detail. Qualifications: - Associate's degree or certification in paralegal studies preferred - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficient in using document management systems and other legal software - Attention to detail and accuracy in proofreading and editing legal documents - Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures - Ability to conduct legal research using online databases and resources - Strong clerical and administrative skills This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills to contribute to a dynamic legal team.
