Michael Takla makes it a priority to provide excellent customer service to his clients and passionately represent them. We are a litigation firm and work on cases from day of the collision until trial, if necessary. As a member of Takla Law, you would be required to provide excellent customer service and learn the nuts and bolts of personal injury law at a high level. Role Overview As a Case Manager at Takla Law, you'll play a pivotal role in the lives of our clients. You'll be the empathetic guide they rely on, coordinating their case details, setting up claims, and ensuring they feel supported at every step of the legal process. Takla Law is a new law firm starting in 2023. We are expanding rapidly and are looking for a candidate that wants to grow with the firm. Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee a caseload of personal injury cases from inception to resolution. - Communicate empathetically and effectively with clients, keeping them informed and addressing their concerns. - Collaborate closely with attorneys, medical providers, and insurance companies to facilitate case progression. - Conduct thorough case investigations, gather necessary documentation, and organize case files efficiently. - Coordinate appointments, treatment plans, and medical records to ensure comprehensive case management. Qualifications: . - Experience in case management or a similar role within a legal or healthcare setting is advantageous. - Exceptional communication skills and the ability to display empathy and understanding towards clients. - Strong organizational abilities with an acute attention to detail. - Proficiency in managing multiple tasks while maintaining a client-centered approach.
