About the Role I am an entrepreneur in e-commerce and digital marketing looking for a creative, reliable Content Creator to support the growth of my personal brand. You will accompany me during the day, capture engaging content, and manage the production process from filming and editing to publishing on my social media accounts. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys storytelling, understands social media, and can turn everyday moments and conversations into compelling videos. Key Responsibilities - Accompany me during scheduled filming days to capture daily activities, behind-the-scenes moments, meetings where appropriate, and educational content. - Develop and film different formats, including vlogs, talking-head videos, interviews, and short-form social media content. - Propose content ideas, creative angles, and engaging opening hooks. - Review and organise raw footage, identify key moments, and repurpose recordings into multiple videos. - Edit videos with accurate French subtitles, clean audio, appropriate music, and engaging pacing. - Adapt content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. - Prepare captions, schedule posts, and publish approved content across my social media accounts. - Maintain an organised content calendar and footage archive. Requirements - Fluent spoken French and excellent comprehension are mandatory. You must understand the conversations independently to identify relevant moments and edit them accurately. - Strong written French for subtitles and captions. - Demonstrated filming and video-editing skills, supported by a portfolio. - Proficiency in video-editing software. - A good understanding of social media formats and storytelling. - A proactive, organised approach and the ability to work independently. - Availability three days per week, with in-person attendance for filming in Dubai / Sharjah. Compensation To be discussed based on experience and responsibilities.
