Personal Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

To provide secretarial and administrative support to the Director

Managing diaries, email and organising meetings and appointments for the Director

Manage schedules, provide logistical support to ensure appropriate meeting, travel, accommodation and event arrangements are made

Take minutes and prepare emails, board memos and minutes, research reports and presentations slides, and filing

Ensure meeting rooms are clean and appropriately presented

Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply

Must be bilingual in English & Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking internal/external personnel

Resourceful, good interpersonal skill, mature and able to work independently

Shorthand and excellent typing skills and accuracy essential

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

Willing to travel
