We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing Marketing & Ecommerce Team. Job Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other relevant advertising platforms. Monitor campaign performance, including traffic, conversions, ROAS, CPA, CTR, and other key metrics. Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to improve performance and maximize advertising ROI. Conduct audience targeting, campaign testing, retargeting, and budget optimization. Collaborate with the Marketing, Ecommerce, and Creative teams to develop high-performing campaigns and promotional strategies. Track and report campaign results and recommend improvements based on performance data. Stay updated on digital advertising trends, platform updates, and performance marketing best practices. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. With experience in performance marketing, paid advertising, digital marketing, or ecommerce marketing . Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and/or TikTok Ads . Strong analytical and data interpretation skills. Knowledge of campaign tracking, conversion optimization, audience targeting, and retargeting. Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; knowledge of analytics tools is an advantage. Results-oriented with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of ecommerce and online retail is an advantage. Willing to work full-time, on-site, 6 days per week, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM .
