The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience running and optimizing paid campaigns to generate quality leads Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and YouTube campaigns Generate high-quality leads for residential and commercial real estate projects Monitor campaign performance and optimize CPL, CPA, CTR, and ROAS Conduct audience targeting, remarketing, and A/B testing Track conversions using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel Work closely with sales and creative teams to improve lead quality and campaign performance Prepare regular performance reports and campaign insights Requirements 2–5 years of performance marketing experience in the real estate industry (Mandatory) Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, GTM, and Meta Pixel Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of generating quality real estate leads How to Apply Send your resume to hr.capitalacres@gmail.com or contact Rebecca at 7304610454.
