# Performance Marketing Executive **Flysoft** · Mumbai, Maharashtra · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 5 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Position: Performance Marketing Executive Department: Marketing / Digital Marketing – Nutraceutical Division Location: BKC, Mumbai Experience: 4+ years CTC: Up to ₹12 LPA Reporting To: Head of Nutraceutical Role Overview The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, Amazon, and other performance marketing channels . The role will focus on driving qualified traffic, efficient customer acquisition, conversions, and measurable revenue growth across D2C and marketplace channels . Key Requirements - Strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads - Experience in campaign optimization based on ROAS, CAC, CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC and conversion rates - Basic understanding of Amazon Ads and marketplace platforms - Good knowledge of GA4, UTM tracking, pixel/event tracking, attribution and conversion funnels - Experience in lead generation, customer acquisition, retargeting and product campaigns - Ability to test and evaluate creatives, audiences, landing pages and offers - Good analytical skills with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets - Ability to independently manage campaigns and optimize performance based on data Candidate Profile - Minimum 4+ years of experience in Performance Marketing - Candidates from Nutraceutical, Wellness, Healthcare, D2C, E-commerce or Marketplace backgrounds would be preferred - Experience with platforms such as Amazon, Nykaa, Myntra, BigBasket, Flipkart , or similar businesses would be an added advantage - Must have independently managed paid media spends of at least ₹1 crore per year - Strong ownership, analytical ability and hands-on campaign execution experience Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month Application Question(s): - Candidates from Nutraceutical, Wellness, Healthcare, D2C, E-commerce or Marketplace backgrounds would be preferred - Strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads Experience: - Performance Marketing: 4 years (Required) - E-commerce : 4 years (Preferred) Location: - Mumbai, Maharashtra 400051 (Required) Work Location: In person
