Key responsibilities Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing for PeopleSoft HCM modules Prepare test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test execution reports Validate business requirements and functional specifications Identify, track, and manage defects through closure Coordinate with business users, functional consultants, and technical teams Support SIT, UAT, and production validation activities Participate in requirement workshops and provide testing estimates Ensure deliverables are completed within SLA and project timelines About you 5+ years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM testing and support Experience in HR transformation, implementation, upgrade, or support projects Strong experience in PeopleSoft HCM Testing Hands-on testing experience in at least 4 of the following modules: Core HCM, Absence Management, Global Payroll, Talent Acquisition Management, Time and Labor Test case preparation and execution Defect management and reporting Functional understanding of PeopleSoft HCM processes Experience working directly with business stakeholders Experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 (preferred) Knowledge of PUM upgrades and Tax Updates (preferred) Pay: Php100,000.00 - Php150,000.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Taguig
