Build your HR career with us You’ll start by getting to know the business, our people and how we currently do things. You’ll be delivering great HR support day to day, supporting managers, looking after the employee lifecycle, managing contracts and documentation, and making sure our people processes are done properly. From there, you’ll have the autonomy to take hold of the People operation, improving processes, making better use of our systems, reducing unnecessary admin and introducing automation and AI where it makes sense. But this isn’t a role where you’ll simply maintain the status quo. As you get established, you’ll have the opportunity to get involved in all areas of our People & Culture strategy, from engagement, recognition and wellbeing to training, development, communications, performance and employee experience. That’s what makes this role different. You’ll get to see the whole People & Culture picture and work out where you want your career to go. And with the business growing as quickly as it is, there’s plenty of room to grow with us.
