People & Culture Manager
Job Purpose Manages the Club's human resources function across the employee lifecycle and supports a positive, high-performance and service-oriented workplace culture. The role oversees recruitment, employee relations, learning and development, performance management and HR operations in compliance with Singapore employment requirements. Key Responsibilities Partner with Management and department heads on manpower planning, recruitment and talent management. Manage end-to-end recruitment including job advertisements, candidate screening, interviews, offers and employment documentation. Manage onboarding processes and ensure a positive employee experience from day one. Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement, recognition and initiatives that support employee satisfaction and well-being. Advise and support managers on employee relations, grievances, conflicts and disciplinary matters with discretion and professionalism. Develop and implement training and learning programmes to enhance employees' hospitality and service capabilities. Conduct training needs analysis and identify suitable external workshops, certifications and development opportunities. Develop on boarding and training materials and evaluate employee knowledge and service standards. Maintain accurate training records, monitor training outcomes and track employee development progress. Coordinate performance appraisal processes, including goal setting, performance reviews and employee development. Manage HRIS and time management systems to ensure accurate employee records and HR reporting. Support compensation, benefits and general HR administration. Develop and maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with the Singapore Employment Act and applicable employment requirements. Prepare HR reports and provide relevant HR updates and recommendations to Management. Requirements Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline. 4–6 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in luxury hospitality, premium F&B or private clubs. Strong experience in recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, training and performance management. Good working knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and employment practices. Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. High emotional intelligence, sound judgement and ability to handle confidential matters professionally.
