Payroll Manager
The Payroll Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Taguig, responsible for overseeing end-to-end payroll operations for Global Jet Cargo Philippines Inc. (J&T Cargo PH). The role includes managing payroll cycles, validating timekeeping records, ensuring accurate computation of salaries, and coordinating with HR and Finance for timely disbursement of pay. The Payroll Manager monitors payroll-related compliance, prepares reports, addresses employee payroll inquiries, and maintains up-to-date documentation and payroll systems. This role also involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to support audits, process improvements, and policy implementation while safeguarding confidentiality of employee information. Qualifications Strong expertise in Payroll Administration and Payroll Management, including managing full payroll cycles and resolving payroll discrepancies. With background in Logistics is an advantage but not required. Knowledge of Garnishments and Payroll Taxes, with the ability to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Experience handling Employee Benefits as they relate to payroll, including deductions, allowances, and statutory contributions. Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office tools, with strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail. Demonstrated integrity in handling confidential information and adherence to company policies. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field; prior experience in payroll leadership or supervisory roles is an advantage.
