Payroll Intern

What Will My Functions Be?

You will support the full payroll cycle through a variety of key functions, optimizing payroll processes through the integration and use of advanced technologies. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Payroll Processing: Handle the calculation, production, and delivery of payroll ensuring accuracy and compliance with current labor laws.
• Technology and Processes: You will use processes to streamline payroll tasks and improve efficiency.
• Compliance Management: Ensure all payroll-related obligations with social security, health entities, and local authorities are met.
• Labor Record Management: Manage employee records, including registrations, discharges, and contract adaptations, using digital platforms.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with your team to deliver comprehensive and accurate services.

Requirements:

What should you meet to be a potential Auxadi member?

• Final-year student, recent graduate, or current Master’s student in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
• Strong interest in Payroll, HR Administration, and employment-related processes.
• Fluent in English (C1 level).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment.
• Eager to learn and develop a career within Payroll.
