This role manages payroll records, calculates employee earnings and deductions, and 2316 (taxes) and resolves payroll-related concerns, prepares payroll reports. Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR Management, Finance, or any related course With at least 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing Proficiency in payroll/HRIS systems Knowledgeable in payroll computation Able to work in less supervision and keen to details Can work ASAP Duties: Process employee payroll accurately and on time Calculate salaries, overtime, bonuses, commissions, and payroll deductions Review and verify employee attendance, timesheets, and leave records Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll and employee records Knowledgeable in process government-mandated deductions and contributions (e.g., SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and withholding tax, where applicable) Prepare payroll reports, summaries, and supporting documentation Address employee inquiries regarding payroll, salaries, and deductions Coordinate with HR Manager, Accounting and Finance Departments to ensure accurate payroll processing Maintain confidentiality of payroll and employee information Assist with payroll audits, reconciliations, and year-end reporting Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies promptly to ensure accurate employee compensation Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month Benefits: Company events Opportunities for promotion Promotion to permanent employee Work Location: In person
