As a Payroll Hero via Weevo hr, you are the point of contact for all matters relating to payroll and personnel administration, in line with the client’s requirements. You will generally work on-site at the client’s premises (or in accordance with their remote working policy) and will follow their working arrangements, timetable and internal rules. Your responsibilities may vary significantly from project to project . Depending on the client’s needs, you will be involved in the following tasks: Payroll processing for operational workers and/or office staff: you ensure that remuneration is correct, paid on time and in accordance with regulations. Case management : you handle requests relating to time credit, parental leave, sick leave, etc., and provide clear and accurate responses. Personnel administration from A to Z: keeping track of social security documents, insurance, salary certificates, etc.. Financial calculations and simulations : you will calculate, amongst other things, end-of-year bonuses, holiday pay and sector-specific bonuses. Reports : you will produce clear reports on gross/net amounts, effective rates and other payroll-related data. Advice : you advise clients, staff and your colleagues on social security legislation, remuneration policy or the optimisation of their payroll processes. Quality control : you check client files and contracts to ensure the accuracy of payroll processing and invoicing. In short: every project offers new challenges and new learning opportunities . Sometimes the focus is more on the operational processing of salaries, sometimes on process improvement or acting as a temporary replacement within an HR team. What all your assignments have in common is that you provide professional support, ensure accurate payroll administration and guarantee client satisfaction . 3. Who are you? Experience: you have between 2 and 8 years’ experience in Hard HR (payroll, personnel administration, social legislation). Language skills : you are fluent in Dutch or French and have a good knowledge of the other national language. You also feel comfortable in English. Analytical mind and attention to detail : figures, processes and details? You always maintain an overview and work without making mistakes. Knowledge of social legislation : you have a solid grounding in social legislation and actively keep your knowledge up to date through training and self-study.
