The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to navigate complex payroll systems and compliance requirements. Responsibilities Process and review payroll transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulations. Verify employee time records and resolve discrepancies before payroll submission. Calculate and process deductions, taxes, and benefits accurately. Maintain payroll records and ensure proper documentation for audits and reporting. Stay updated on labor laws and tax regulations to ensure compliance with local and national payroll requirements. Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll-related inquiries and issues. Generate payroll reports for management and assist with data analysis as needed. Requirements Academic/Training Minimum Academic Training: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience At least 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing or a similar role. Familiarity with payroll systems and software (e.g., SAP, Workday, ADP). Skills Proficiency in English (mandatory). Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools. Knowledge of local labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll compliance. Effective problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
