Both fresh graduates and experienced professionals are welcome to apply — what matters most is diligence, attention to detail, and willingness to learn. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy and comfortable handling high-volume DTR (Daily Time Record) and payroll cycles with accuracy and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities: Process full-cycle payroll for 500–1,000 employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Review and consolidate DTR (attendance/timekeeping) records Compute salaries, deductions, benefits, overtime, and statutory contributions Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve employee payroll concerns Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with company policy and labor regulations Coordinate with HR and Finance teams on payroll-related reporting Qualifications: Fresh graduates or experienced candidates welcome — background in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred Prior payroll or DTR handling experience is a plus, especially with large employee headcounts (500+), but not required Tech-savvy — comfortable with payroll systems, spreadsheets, and Google SheetsHardworking, patient (matiyaga), and detail-oriented Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Strong communication and problem-solving skills Work Setup: Office-Based Location: Kamuning, QC Employment Type: Full-time Send your resume/CV here for Initial Screening: ➷ apply.galleon@gmail.com Pay: Php20,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
