We are a premium medical aesthetics clinic offering advanced medical aesthetic skin rejuvenation treatments with a focus on safety and efficacy. Our services include cosmetic injections, lasers, skin tightening and wellness treatments. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, have strong rapport building skills, motivated and detail oriented. Responsibilities: Handle new and existing patient inquires across different channels including telephone, WeChat, WhatsApp, IG. Follow up clients and leads to increase clinic bookings and enhance clinic loyalty Consult new clients, recommend treatments and close sales Prepare patients for treatments and aftercare Manage appointment schedule and optimize clinic patient flow Skills & Qualifications Experience working in medical aesthetic or medical spa setting Excellent interpersonal skills Customer service experience Team player in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment Ability to problem-solve, with sense of autonomy and initiative Strong sales track record Attention to detail and safety orientated Integrity and trustworthiness Well groomed for professional cosmetic clinic The following are considered assets: Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese Social media or marketing experience Graphic design experience Base hourly pay plus sales commission.
