Key Responsibilities: Follow up with existing and potential patients through calls. Convince and motivate patients for clinic visits and consultations. Explain treatment plans, services, and Ayurveda medicines to patients. Maintain regular follow-up with patients and update records. Coordinate with doctors and clinic team for patient requirements. Handle patient queries and resolve concerns professionally. Achieve daily/weekly calling and patient conversion targets. Requirements: Graduate preferred. 1–3 years of experience in patient care, telecalling, healthcare, Ayurveda, wellness, or sales. Good communication and convincing skills. Hindi and English required; Marathi preferred. Target-oriented and comfortable with outbound calling. Immediate joiners preferred.
