About the Position We are looking for a warm, dependable, and encouraging Patient Care Consultant to care for patients participating in our red light therapy and wellness program. This is a patient-facing position rather than a front desk or receptionist role. You will work directly with people who want to improve their health, lose weight, reduce inflammation, and feel better. You will meet individually with prospective patients, listen to their concerns and goals, explain how the program works, answer their questions, and help them determine whether it is a good fit. When appropriate, you will explain program costs and help patients complete enrollment. After patients begin the program, you will continue working closely with them: assisting with treatments, checking on their progress, providing encouragement, and helping them stay consistent. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building one-on-one relationships and finds it rewarding to help people make positive changes in their lives. Responsibilities Conduct individual wellness consultations Learn about each patient’s needs, concerns, and goals Explain the red light therapy program clearly and comfortably Answer questions and help patients make informed decisions Explain program options and costs and assist with enrollment Follow up with people who have expressed interest in the program Assist patients on and off the red light therapy equipment Monitor progress and provide encouragement and accountability Maintain accurate patient, consultation, and follow-up notes Help manage the program’s daily schedule and operations Who We Are Looking For The right person is: Warm, patient, and naturally easy to talk to A thoughtful listener who makes people feel comfortable and understood Confident communicating individually with many different personalities Comfortable explaining program costs and helping people make decisions Consistent with follow-up and attentive to details Organized, dependable, and receptive to coaching Genuinely interested in health, wellness, and helping others Motivated by seeing patients achieve meaningful results Previous sales or enrollment experience is helpful but not required. We are also open to applicants with strong one-on-one experience in customer service, patient care, management of others, wellness, med spas, fitness, massage practices, membership programs, leasing, account management, or other relationship-based positions.
