# Patient Care Coordinator **Beijing Well-being Acupuncture Therapy Center** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 10 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role - Welcome and assist Arabic-speaking patients throughout their clinic visit, ensuring a professional and comfortable experience. - Serve as the main communication link between Arabic-speaking patients, doctors, nurses, reception, and management . - Explain clinic services, treatment procedures, packages, appointments, and general instructions clearly in Arabic. - Assist patients with registration, appointments, consultations, follow-ups, and billing coordination . - Coordinate patient flow and ensure patients are directed to the appropriate doctor, department, or treatment area. - Handle patient enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins , converting enquiries into appointments where appropriate. - Follow up with patients regarding appointments, treatment plans, results, and return visits as directed by the medical team. - Support the clinic in increasing Arabic patient bookings, referrals, repeat visits, and package sales while maintaining ethical and professional standards. - Build relationships with Arabic-speaking patients, families, local businesses, communities, and potential referral partners. - Assist with Arabic-language marketing activities, promotions, events, and patient outreach. - Collect patient feedback and escalate complaints or concerns promptly to the appropriate manager. - Maintain accurate patient information and ensure confidentiality and data privacy at all times. - Coordinate with the medical and administrative teams to ensure smooth daily clinic operations. - Maintain a high standard of customer service, professionalism, communication, and patient satisfaction . - Perform other patient coordination and administrative duties reasonably assigned by management. Key Requirements - Fluent Arabic and English communication skills. - Previous experience in a clinic, hospital, medical center, healthcare, or customer-service environment is preferred. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. - Professional appearance and strong patient-service attitude. - Ability to handle multiple patients and enquiries in a fast-paced clinic environment. - Sales, marketing, or patient-acquisition experience is an advantage. Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Language: - Arabic (Required) Work Location: In person
