Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Head Pastry Chef to lead our pastry department in a café.

Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Extensive experience in pastry and bakery production.
• Ability to develop new pastry recipes and introduce the latest market trends.
• Create innovative, attractive, and high-quality desserts and pastries.
• Manage daily pastry operations and maintain consistent product quality.
• Control food costs, minimize wastage, and manage stock efficiently.
• Maintain hygiene, food safety, and quality standards.
• Lead and train the pastry team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head Pastry Chef or in a senior pastry role.
• Strong creativity and knowledge of current pastry trends.
• Ability to work independently and manage the pastry section.
• Candidates currently in the UAE and available to join soon are preferred.

Maximum Salary: AED 6,000 per month.

Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month
