Successful industry organizations depend on strong partnerships. The right person will help connect producers, businesses, sponsors, organizations, and stakeholders while creating opportunities for collaboration and engagement. The Partnerships Manager will help grow and maintain relationships that support the mission and goals of Kansas Swine Alliance. What you'll be responsible for Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners, members, sponsors, and stakeholders Identify opportunities for collaboration and engagement Support partnership development and relationship-building efforts Communicate with organizations, businesses, and community partners Coordinate meetings, events, and partnership activities Maintain accurate records of partner interactions and opportunities Support member engagement and retention initiatives Help manage sponsorships, partnerships, and strategic relationships Collaborate with internal teams to support organizational goals Represent Kansas Swine Alliance at industry events, meetings, and community activities as needed Monitor partnership needs and identify opportunities for improvement Help strengthen awareness and connections within the agricultural community What we're looking for Experience in partnerships, account management, business development, community relations, nonprofit organizations, associations, or a related field Strong relationship-building and communication skills Ability to work with diverse groups of stakeholders Strong organization and follow-through Comfortable managing multiple relationships and priorities Professional and confident communication style Experience coordinating events, meetings, or outreach activities is helpful Agriculture, livestock, or association experience is helpful, but not required You don't have to come from the swine industry. Someone who has managed partnerships for an agricultural organization, nonprofit, trade association, community program, business network, or client-focused organization may already have many of the skills needed for this role. We're looking for someone who enjoys building connections, creating opportunities, and helping organizations work together toward shared goals.
