PARTNERSHIP MANAGEMENT LEAD
Position Description:
This is a fully remote position open to candidates anywhere in the continental U.S.
Who is Edvance?
At Edvance, we’re on a mission to create and inspire access to life-changing education pathways
for America’s workers and their families, while minimizing – and often eliminating – out-of-pocket
tuition costs.
As a member-benefit company focused on providing union members and their families access to
affordable education, we serve as the strategic layer between unions and a curated network of
accredited schools.
Through the Union College Benefit powered by Edvance, members and their families get tuition
discounts, making college more affordable, 100% online programs, personalized guidance, and
support from unionized Student Success Coordinators. We handle everything around the benefit
including: partner marketing, enrollment support, and ongoing reporting — so union leaders get a
high-impact member benefit without the operational lift.
We're partnership-first, not vendor-first, and we exist to solve a real problem: members don't
know where to start, unions lack the capacity to manage education partnerships alone, and
schools struggle to reach working adults. Edvance changes that — for all three.
How will you make your mark at Edvance?
The Partnership Manager owns the success, activation, and growth of Edvance’s union
partnerships from onboarding through ongoing management. Serving as the primary relationship
owner after a partnership is secured, this role works directly with union leadership and across
Edvance to turn partner needs and opportunities into strategies that increase awareness,
engagement, and participation.
This is a strategic, customer-facing role at the intersection of partnership management,
marketing, project management, and data. The Partnership Manager combines strong marketing
judgment with a consultative approach, operational discipline, and the ability to independently
move work from strategy through execution.
We’re looking for a self-starter who is relationship-driven, solutions-oriented, and comfortable
creating the path forward when one does not already exist. The right person can understand an
objective, ask the right questions, develop a recommendation, and take ownership of moving it
forward.
What will you do at Edvance?
The Partnership Manager is responsible for onboarding, activating, managing, and growing
Edvance’s union partnerships. This role develops a deep understanding of each partner and its
membership, builds partner-specific marketing and engagement strategies, and coordinates the
people and resources needed to bring those strategies to life.
The ideal candidate is an experienced marketer and relationship builder who can independently
turn objectives and partner insights into action. They use data, marketing expertise, and strong
problem-solving skills to continuously evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and
strengthen partner engagement.
