Identify, onboard, and develop partners across key technology markets. Drive joint GTM plans, pipeline generation, and account targeting with partners. Manage partner revenue, pipeline performance, deal registration, and forecasting. Build strong relationships with key partner stakeholders and lead business reviews. Coordinate partner training, certifications, and product/solution enablement. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to ensure effective partner execution. Identify new market opportunities and expand the partner ecosystem across ASEAN. Monitor industry trends, competitors, and channel opportunities to support growth. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. 6–8 years of experience in technology channel/partner sales within technology (e.g., test & measurement, semiconductor, enterprise IT). Strong knowledge of distributors, VARs, and system integrators. Proven experience driving revenue through partner channels. Experience managing partners and markets across Southeast Asia.
