We are seeking a Part-Time WSHO/ Safety Officer / Safety Consultant to join our team and support our mission of ensuring a safe and compliant workplace. Job Responsibilities: Conduct workplace safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards. Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations, standards, and company policies. Develop and implement safety procedures, programs, and risk assessments. Provide safety training and awareness programs to employees. Investigate workplace incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions. Liaise with authorities and regulatory bodies regarding safety compliance matters. To assist the supervisors in the investigation and review of any workplace accident and advise on the remedial measures to be taken to prevent any recurrence. To assist the appointed risk management team in reviewing risk assessments. Requirements: Recognized qualifications in Workplace Safety and Health (e.g., MOM Registered WSHO, NEBOSH, or equivalent). Minimum 5 years of experience in workplace safety, preferably in the Construction/Marine/Manufacturing/Aerospace industry. Familiarity with the Singapore WSH act, regulations or guidelines relevant to the job. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Work Arrangement: Flexible working hours to accommodate project timelines. Site visits and inspections as required. Competitive hourly/daily rate based on experience.
