You should be the type of person who: Keeps detailed track of outstanding items without being reminded Notices when something is missing or does not make sense Double-checks work before submitting it Is comfortable communicating professionally with sophisticated clients Understands that submitting paperwork is not the same thing as completing a task Follows an issue through until it is resolved Can prioritize competing requests Creates order rather than adding another layer of management Is comfortable asking a thoughtful question when clarification is genuinely necessary Takes ownership of mistakes and corrects them quickly **This position requires demonstrated proficiency, not simply familiarity. Candidates should be prepared to discuss specifically how they have used the systems and platforms listed in this posting. Schedule & Work Arrangement This is a part-time position averaging approximately 20–25 hours per week. There may be flexibility in how those hours are structured for an experienced candidate who consistently meets deadlines and service expectations. Compensation $28–$35 per hour, depending upon relevant financial-services experience and proficiency with the systems used by the practice. Candidates with significant direct LPL Financial experience, advanced Excel capabilities, eMoney experience, and experience supporting a sophisticated wealth-management practice may qualify toward the upper end of the range.
