We create meaningful experiences and build social influence for food, hospitality, and lifestyle brands, and our clients trust us to grow their brands while staying true to their vision. This season, we’re directing social media for vendors at the Bryant Park Winter Village , one of NYC’s most beloved holiday destinations. We’re looking for a creative, high-energy content creator to join us for November and December. WHAT YOU’LL DO: - Create and edit original, scroll-stopping Reels and short-form video for market vendors that match each brand’s identity, voice, and audience - Assist the Social Media Director at photo and video shoots on-site at the market - Capture in-the-moment content: holiday crowds, products, vendor stories, and the magic of the market - Stay on top of trending audio, formats, and viral holiday content to keep posts fresh - Help plan and organize shoot schedules, shot lists, and content calendars - Support basic editing, captions, and posting as needed - Other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS: - Available November 1 – December 31, including some weekends and evenings - 10–15 hours per week - Proven social media experience (previous internship or active, highly engaged accounts) - Experience shooting and editing eye-catching short-form video - Own a professional camera and/or iPhone 16–18 Pro Max - Comfortable working outdoors in cold weather and busy crowds - Proactive, reliable, highly organized, and eager to learn - Strong communication and writing skills - Must live in NYC PLUSES: - Experience with food, retail, or hospitality brands - Editing skills in CapCut, Lightroom, or Premiere - Graphic design experience HOW TO APPLY: Send a brief intro on your experience and why you’d be a great fit, along with samples of your work.
