Part-Time Social Media Manager

Integrated Health Medicine NYC, the practice of Dr. Roxanna Namavar, D.O., is seeking a part-time Social Media Manager with experience working with luxury brands, services or clientele.

We are looking for someone who understands the Manhattan luxury market and can manage a consistent, thoughtful social media presence for a boutique medical practice. Strong writing, visual judgment and the ability to communicate with a discerning audience are central to this role.

Our staff photographer supplies photography. You will use those photographs, along with information provided by the clinic, to plan, prepare and publish social media content.

Responsibilities

• Manage the practice’s social media accounts and maintain an organized content calendar.
• Write and edit captions that clearly communicate the practice’s services, approach and updates.
• Select and format supplied photographs for posts, maintaining a consistent visual presentation.
• Coordinate content with Dr. Namavar and the clinic team for approval before publishing.
• Schedule and publish approved posts.
• Monitor engagement and flag inquiries that need a response from the clinic.
• Review account performance and recommend practical improvements to content and posting.

Qualifications

• Experience managing social media for a business, brand or professional service.
• Previous work with luxury brands, services or clientele, with examples you can share.
• Familiarity with the Manhattan luxury market.
• Strong writing, proofreading and visual judgment.
• Experience using social media publishing, scheduling and analytics tools.
• Ability to organize your work, meet deadlines and communicate reliably with a small team.
• Professional judgment and discretion when representing a medical practice.

Experience with healthcare, wellness or physician brands is welcome.

Work arrangement

This is a hybrid, part-time position requiring a few hours of work each week. The schedule and frequency of in-person work will be agreed upon with the practice.
