This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, motivated, and interested in gaining hands-on experience in recruiting and human resources. Pay Rate: $16 – $24 per hour , depending on experience. Hours: 15 – 25 hours per week , with flexibility to accommodate different schedules within normal business hours. Schedule: This is a seasonal role expected to last October through March , with the possibility of extension. What You'll Do: Review and screen incoming applications to identify qualified candidates. Assist with onboarding new hires, ensuring all necessary documents are collected, processed, and reviewed correctly. Communicate with candidates and returning staff regarding next steps and onboarding needs. Conduct screening calls with candidates. Contact candidates to schedule interviews with hiring managers or the recruiter. Coordinate interview schedules and manage communication with candidates throughout the process.
