As a Recruitment Officer , you will play an important role in our hiring processes by sourcing, screening, and engaging potential talents. Role Highlights Hands-on Recruitment Experience – Be involved in the full recruitment cycle, from posting roles to conducting interviews Learning & Mentorship – Receive guidance from experienced hiring professionals and develop practical recruitment skills. Flexible Arrangement – Enjoy a work schedule that can be adjusted to fit your commitments. Job scope Create and manage job postings across various job platforms. Source and reach out to potential candidates online. Screen applicants and shortlist profiles for interviews. Coordinate and arrange interviews with hiring managers. Maintain candidate records and aid in basic recruitment admin. What You’ll Gain Practical knowledge of recruitment cycle. Strong communication and organizational skills. Who We're Looking For Residing in Singapore Students or fresh graduates with at least a Singapore Diploma or GCE A Level qualification. Clear communicators who are confident speaking with others.
