Part-Time Recruiter & Employee Experience Coordinator
Ever scroll through job postings and wonder why they all sound the same? “Must be highly motivated.” “Must have excellent communication skills.” “Must be able to multitask.” We could put all of that here... but honestly, we're looking for something a little more specific. Comprehensive Urologic Care (CUC) is looking for someone who is naturally curious about people. Someone who enjoys making connections, can spot potential, and understands that recruiting isn't just about filling an open position. It's about finding the right person, helping them understand who we are, and making sure they have a great experience from their first interaction with us. This role will start with a strong focus on recruiting and the employee experience, but we see the potential for it to grow into something much bigger. What You'll Be Doing You'll be involved from the moment we realize we need to hire someone all the way through their early days with CUC. That includes: Creating job postings that actually make someone want to apply Managing and being mindful of spending on job listings and recruiting platforms Reaching out, following up, and keeping application communication from going cold Getting to know what each position really entails before hiring for it Working closely with managers to understand what they need and what makes someone successful on their team Helping coordinate and actively participate in the interview process Making sure candidates have a positive, organized, and professional experience even if they aren't ultimately hired Assisting with pre-onboarding and being directly involved in new hire orientation Checking in with managers and new employees after they start to see how things are going But here's an important part of this role: you can't successfully recruit for a job if you don't understand the people already doing it. We want someone who takes the time to get to know our employees. What do they do all day? What parts of their job do they enjoy? Where do they struggle? What makes their position harder than it needs to be? What type of person thrives on their team? The more you understand our people and our culture, the better you can help us find the next person who belongs here. As this role grows, we'd love for this person to become even more involved in representing CUC. That could eventually include things like: Helping introduce and promote new providers joining our practice Support with provider outreach to other medical practices and the community Helping strengthen CUC's presence and reputation Finding new ways to connect with potential employees, providers, and the community Becoming a familiar and welcoming face of CUC In other words, we're looking for someone who can grow with us. What We're Looking For You don't have to come from a giant corporate HR department with a perfectly polished recruiting background. We're more interested in finding someone who: Is naturally good with people and communication Is organized, dependable, and great at following up Is curious and willing to learn how different roles and teams work Can connect with candidates and employees in a genuine way Is professional, approachable, and comfortable representing CUC Can work independently while staying connected with the team Is flexible and available in the office when interviews or onboarding require it Most importantly, we want someone who understands that people remember how you make them feel . Whether someone is interviewing with us, starting their first day, or simply interacting with CUC for the first time, you may be one of the people helping shape their impression of our company. This is a part-time position with the flexibility to work remotely. However, this isn't a position where you'll never see the office. When interviews, orientations, onboarding, or other in-person responsibilities take place, we need someone who can be there and be directly involved. The role and responsibilities may continue to grow over time as CUC grows and we'd love to find someone excited about growing right along with us.
